Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
24 - Hour Cancellation Policy: Your appointment at The MarciPatterson HairStudio with Callie Roach is very important and reserved just for you. We ask that if you cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide a 24 - hour notice. This allows time to adjust schedules accordingly and accommodate clients on the waiting list. Of course, unavoidable issues come up and we will do our best to work with you incase of an emergency.
Cancellation Breakdown Fees:
• Less than 24 - hour notice will result in a charge equal to 25% of reserved appointment.
• ‘NO SHOWS’ will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment. As a courtesy, we try to call, text and / or email to confirm the date and time you booked at least 24 - hours prior to your appointment. If we are unable to reach you and are unable to leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointment if you are unsure.
OTHER MarciPatterson HairStudio POLICIES:
Return Check Policy: All return checks will have an added fee of $50.00
Guarantee Services: We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your service when leaving the salon and in the days to come. If you are not we ask that you contact us within 24 - hours of your scheduled appointment. By doing so, we can reschedule you with a consultation and try to resolve the issue asap. Any dissatisfaction reported after 24 - hours from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered but will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Guarantee Products: Just as we want you to be satisfied with your hair we want you to also be satisfied with the products you are using. We will gladly exchange product or accept returns for salon credit on any products purchased within 14 days as long as the product is 3/4 full.
Client Clothing: Please understand that you are having a service provided to your hair which may require water, color, color remover, etc… Appropriate clothing is recommended as the salon and stylist are not responsible for any accidental mishaps.
Cell Phones and Hand Held Devices: As a courtesy to others, please silence or lower the volume on your cell phone and other devices. Please Do Not use speaker phones. Earbuds are acceptable.
Child Safety: Children may not accompany clients while receiving a service unless child is also receiving a service and / or accompanied by another adult. No One, especially children, are allowed to sit and / or play on any MarciPatterson HairStudio equipment or furniture. Clients will be responsible for the full purchase of any equipment broken.
No Loitering, No Soliciting is to take place in or around the facility.
